Overview
To ZSHV series Pneumatic V-pattern ball valve, the sphere is V-pattern which can achieve linear regulate, the adjusting range is large. When valve closed, Shearing action happened between V-pattern gap and seat, which can clear itself and prevent the sphere jammed, especially suitable for the scale freezing occasions. Suitable to control pulp, sewage, and the medium with fiber, particle suspending solid and powder, equipped with ZGH series cylinder piston actuator, simple constructer, large output torque.
This series Pneumatic V-Type Control (cut-off) Ball Valve can be divided into soft seal and hard seal type by sealing performance: By adjusting way, it can be divided into adjusting type and cut off type; To cut off type, it has single action and double action type by action way, adjusting type is double action type. The special advantage of single action is if the power has problem, ball valve will be located in close or open mode by system request. Products are widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, paper making, textile, food, medicine, aviation, etc.
